First: Order Policy
1. All items are 100% authentic, accompanied by the original boutique invoice.
2. Orders are confirmed only after full payment or deposit is received (as agreed).
3. Once payment is made, orders cannot be cancelled or modified, as each item is sourced specifically for the client.
4. Delivery timelines vary depending on the brand and item, and are clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation.
5. In the event of a delay due to external reasons (shipping, customs, holidays), we will inform you with full transparency.
6. No returns or exchanges are accepted unless a clear mistake occurred from our side (wrong model, color, etc.).
7. Prices are subject to change depending on availability and currency fluctuations, especially for rare or limited-edition pieces.
8. The client is responsible for double-checking all order details (model, size, color, quantity) before payment.
9. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance if the client decides to cancel.
10. If the client changes their mind after payment, a refund will only be processed if the item is resold to another client, with a 10% service fee deducted.
11. Confirming an order is considered a full agreement to all the above terms.

Second: Shipping & Delivery Policy
🇦🇪 Within the UAE
• Orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
• We ship through trusted courier companies and provide a tracking number once dispatched.
🌍 Gulf Countries
• Delivery within 7 to 10 business days.
• Prices include shipping unless agreed otherwise.
• Clients are responsible for any customs duties or taxes in their country.
⏳ Special Orders / Pre-Ordered Items
• Delivery may take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on item availability and brand policy.
⌛️ Exceptional Brands (Hermès & Rolex)
• Delivery time is 2 to 3 months, due to waiting lists and brand processing times.
• An official invoice from Alta Luxury will be issued upon confirmation to guarantee your right while waiting.
📦 Notes:
• Tracking numbers are sent immediately once your item ships.
• Alta Luxury is not liable for delays caused by courier companies after shipment.
• Please provide a complete and accurate address to avoid delays or lost shipments.

✨ سياسة الطلب والتوصيل – Alta Luxury ✨
أولاً: سياسة الطلب
. جميع القطع أصلية 100٪ ومرفقة بالفاتورة الأصلية من البوتيك
. يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد تحويل المبلغ كاملًا أو دفع العربون (بحسب الاتفاق)
. بعد الدفع لا يمكن إلغاء أو تعديل الطلب، لأن القطعة تُطلَب خصيصًا للعميلة
. مدة التوريد الأولية تُوضَّح عند تأكيد الطلب وتختلف بحسب نوع القطعة والبراند
. في حال حدوث تأخير خارج عن إرادتنا (شحن، جمارك، عطلات…) نُبلغكم بشفافية تامّة
. لا استرجاع أو استبدال إلا في حال الخطأ من طرفنا (مثلاً وصول موديل أو لون مختلف تمامًا)
. الأسعار قابلة للتغيير وفق توفّر القطعة وسعر الصرف، خصوصًا للقطع النادرة أو المحدودة
. العميلة مسؤولة عن مراجعة جميع التفاصيل (الموديل، المقاس، اللون، الكمية) قبل الدفع
. العربون غير مستردّ نهائيًا عند تراجع العميلة لأي سبب
. إذا غيّرت العميلة رأيها بعد الدفع، يُستردّ المبلغ فقط عند بيع القطعة لطرف آخر، مع خصم %10 رسوم خدمة
. تأكيد الطلب يُعدّ موافقة نهائية على جميع الشروط المذكورة أعلاه

ثانيًا: سياسة التوصيل والشحن
🇦🇪 داخل الإمارات
التوصيل خلال أسبوع إلى 10 أيام عمل.
يتم الشحن عبر شركات موثوقة، ويُزوَّد العميل برقم تتبّع فور تجهيز الشحنة.
🌐 دول الخليج
التوصيل خلال أسبوع إلى 10 أيام عمل.
الأسعار تشمل الشحن ما لم يُتفق على غير ذلك.
يتحمّل العميل أي رسوم جمركية أو ضريبية وفق أنظمة بلده.
⏳ الطلبات الخاصة أو القطع غير المتوفّرة
التوصيل يستغرق عادةً من أسبوعين إلى شهر حسب توفّر القطعة وسياسة البراند.
⌛️ براندات استثنائية (Hermès & Rolex)
التوصيل خلال شهرين إلى 3 شهور نظرًا لقوائم الانتظار والطلب المسبق.
تُصدَر فاتورة رسمية من Alta Luxury فور تأكيد الطلب لضمان حق العميل لحين استلام القطعة.
📦 ملاحظات عامة
يُرسل رقم التتبّع بمجرد شحن الطلب مع تحديثات دورية للحالة.
Alta Luxury غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخير ناتج عن شركة الشحن بعد تسليم الشحنة لهم.
يُرجى إدخال عنوان واضح ومفصَّل لتجنّب ضياع أو تأخير الشحنة.
